SPORTS CLUB. NOTTS. CONSTABULARY.
Dear Colleague, This short message is to inform you of the Nottinghamshire Constabulary Sports Club Web Site and the sports that you may take part in.
If you, during your service in the police force, were a contributing member of the sports club, then you are able to partake in the various sporting sections that exist.
The only stipulation, is that if you wish to take part in any of the sports that play nationally i.e. PAA ( Now Pollice Sport UK) then you must be a contributing member of the sports club,
That means you have to pay a subscription. You can play any of these sports
Locally, but if it means that you are able to claim subsistence i.e. travel expenses or hotel accommodation then you must be a paying member.

I know that many of the sporting sections need members for them to continue in existence. If you would like to take part in any sport whether you have played before or not please do not hesitate to contact any of the various secretaries of the sports shown. You will be made most welcome and hopefully will be able to keep fit by being active and take part in the social events that ensue from participation.
I know personally that the Bowls Section would welcome any member to join them and would be given coaching for free.
