f you are a member of the Sports and Social Club, you have access to the above scheme.
The following details how the scheme works and how to apply. the application form is listed under the documents link and has a list of the participating leisure centres and what facilities they have available to you.
If you are not currently a member of the Sports and Social club you will automatically be entered, as part of the terms and conditions of membership.
Please contact Alison Sinclair who is the Administrator for this on Ext.7004.
For administration purposes please nominate two Leisure Centres, once up and running you should be able to use two participating Leisure Centres. At this present time you will need to show your warrant card and quote your membership number, which is given to you when you have completed the membership application form. In the near future you may be issued with a membership card from your chosen leisure centre.
Please note there is NO induction fee, as this is included in the scheme.
If at any time you wish to change either of your choices please can you let me know, as I will then inform Newark County Council who does the administration.
Sorry, but at this moment in time it is only for current/retired employees and not for spouses/partners, this could change in the near future.
